Payment Information

When we receive your booking we will check on availability. If a tour is possible, we will send you an invoice. At that time a deposit of 20% is due. The remaining payment is due 4 weeks prior to tour start. If your touring date is less than 4 weeks away, the full amount is due upon receiving your invoice. To see our cancelation policy (Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen, AGBs) please visit Legal. - We strongly recommend you obtain a travel insurance policy in your country that will cover cancelations and interruptions of your trip, accidents or illnesses, emergency medical evacuation, loss of luggage or personal effects, and other coverage.
*To reduce credit card fees it sometimes makes sense to pay by international wire transfer instead of paying by credit card. You might want to check with your bank to see whether this is an option. Our fee for each incoming international wire is 15 Euro. You can also send international wires with wise.com - a great way of reducing the wire fees. Please ask us if you are not sure what payment option to use.

Many hotels require us now to submit your DOB prior to your arrival. This assures a speedier check-in process when arriving at the hotels. Please submit each person's name and DOB. If you don't want to submit this info leave this field blank. You will then be asked at each hotel to fill out a new registration form.

Please indicate if there is a different date you could arrive on in case the hotels don't have any availability on your first date.

Hotel Room Information

The upgraded hotels are usually new hotels or newly remodeled hotels. Or have received some award for their design & architecture. Some of our upgraded hotels have A/C. Some of our standard hotels also have upgraded/remodeled rooms
We will try and accommodate your requests as much as we can. But some of our hotels do not offer A/C . We will inform you prior to confirming your tour what is possible and what is not.
