I have had wurstsalat at a little place on the river in Regensburg. It was awesome. Also tried the pre-packaged version from a Netto, and it wasn't that bad. Really very nice on a warm day. The onions and pickles are a must for me. I think they sort of act as a 'palate cleanser' in between bites of wurst.
