Schnapps Tour

Have you ever wanted to see how Kirschwasser (local Cherry Schnaps) is being made? Join us on a Schnaps tour through the Black Forest. Today there are approximately 14,000 approved distilleries in the Black Forest producing small amounts of schnaps.  They range from the simple fruit schnapps made from apples or pears to the distillates of local plums in the region of Zwetschgen, right up to Kirsch, the king of all fruit brandies. We will visit several distilleries and will taste some of their premium Schnaps.
