Rates

We can be booked by the hour, for half a day or a full day. Standard Rates are for a tour for up to 4 people and include a personal guide.

Some of our tours (like our week long yoga retreats) have a different pricing scheme. Please inquire for details for those specific tours.

What’s included?

Our rates include the design of a customized tour for you, answering of any questions regarding your travel to the Black Forest and recommendations on what else to do once you are here. We are happy to recommend hotels or bed&breakfasts and can assist with questions regarding train tickets.

What’s not included?

Cost of a rental car, gasoline and parking fees are not included in our rate and will be charged separately. You are responsible for the cost of your tickets for museums, trains, souvenirs and other expenses like your own food/drinks.

What is the process of booking and paying for a tour?

Once you confirm the proposed itinerary we will send you a booking confirmation. At that point a deposit of 150 Euros is due which will be refunded (less a 25 Euro administrative fee) if you cancel more than 7 days before the day of the event. In the case you cancel less than 7 days prior to the date of the event a cancellation fee will apply. The full amount is due prior to the start of your tour. Any expenses like rental car, parking fees and gasoline is due at the end of your tour.
