Rates
Standard Rates apply for an all-day tour and include a personal English-speaking guide. We also offer half-day tours (5 hours) and city tours (1.5-2 hours)
Please note: We don’t offer any regular scheduled tours – each tour is a customized tour – specifically for you.
What’s included
- design of a customized tour
- access to our online customer area, where you can review your itinerary and gain access to lots of other useful information
- an official Black Forest Tour guide, certified by the Southern Black Forest Naturepark Association
- all our guides are English-speaking
- answering of any questions related to your travel to the Black Forest
- recommendations on what else to do once you are here
What’s not included?
- cost of a rental car, gasoline, parking fees
- cost of your tickets for museums, trains, souvenirs and other expenses like your own food/drinks.
What is the process of booking and paying for a tour?
Once you confirm the proposed itinerary we will send you a booking confirmation. At that point a deposit of 30% is due which will be refunded if you cancel more than 30 days before the day of the event. Please refer to our cancellation policy for more information.
