Accomodations

We only recommend accomodations which we have tested ourselves or have received excellent reviews by travellers known to us. They include hotels, bed and breakfasts (called Pensionen in german) and guesthouses. Please comment below or contact us if you’d like to see another place being added or reviewed.

You might want to choose an  accommodation based on whether you are planning to visit the Northern or Southern part of the Black Forest. If you have a few days it can be a good idea to switch accommodations after 2 nights and stay at a different part of the area. When you book a tour with us we are happy to recommend some accommodations to you based on your itinerary.

This bed and breakfast is located in the wine village Zell-Weierbach outside of Offenburg – a town known for its wine, hospitality and good food at the entrance to the Black Forest. It’s an ideal location to explore either the Northern or Southern Black Forest from – 40 minutes to Strasbourg/France, 40 minutes to Baden-Baden and 40 minutes to Freiburg.
